If you would like to come along and support your family and friends who are participating in Big Red Run, you might like to come along as a supporter. Pricing for supporters can be found here and you can register here

There is no fundraising commitment for supporters, however you might like to help your family and friends fundraise to meet their targets.

Supporters will be able to watch the start and finish of each day, and a suitable checkpoint has been identified each day, that supporters are welcome to wait at for their runners to pass through. Of an evening, supporters are included in all of the entertainment on offer, and are free to mingle with the runners at camp.

As a supporter, you can bring your own 4WD if you own one. If not, we will ensure your transport between campsites. There will be limited use of supporter vehicles during the race, due to safety reasons, however you can use your 4WD to travel between campsites and to selected checkpoints.

Supporters will be provided with tent accommodation, pre and post event dinners, entertainment (including the John Williamson Sunset Concert, Pat Farmer talks), transport if you are not bringing a 4WD, event t-shirt and more. For a full list of inclusions, please download list.

Supporters will need to bring their own sleeping mat, sleeping bag and food for the week. Event organisers will provide you with a bag to transport all of your gear in if you are not bringing a 4WD. Supporters will need to check in / register at the same time as runners in Birdsville on Sunday 7th July.
