As a volunteer you will receive a Big Red Run shirt, tent accommodation during the event (if you are not able to provide your own), pre and post race dinners, campsite entertainment, entry to the Birdsville Big Red Bash music festival on 4th to 6th July (valued at over $350) and of course you get to be involved in supporting the Big Red Run.
Volunteers will received 10% off Big Red Run entry fees if they would like to come back in the future as a participant.
Volunteers will be set up on a rostered system, ensuring you have some free time to mingle with new friends and enjoy everything the beautiful Simpson Desert has to offer.
The feedback we had from past Volunteers was that it was a great and unique experience, and one that they will remember for a long time to come. Many volunteers have asked to come back again in 2017!
